The staff location and breakfast options were second to none

situated at the back of the town on an elevated site , the property has wonderful views over the town and sea from the breakfast area . two of the bedrooms also have a shared , private terrace which is on a higher level again. the house has an elevator which can be used (via a tunnel dug into the cliff) or there are stairs. the walk into the centre of Amalfi takes 3 or 4 minutes taking you passed all the cafes , restaurants and shops. There was a good breakfast with all the usual things. our room was clean and well appointed .

our room had a sloping roof which was very low near the bed... just something you have to be careful of. not all the the room s are like this though.

Amazing place to stay! The rooms are incredible and feel very private. The view is to DIE FOR!!! Highly recommend spending a little extra to get one of the rooms on the top floor with the view. The host is very helpful as well and may the stay so pleasant. :)

Great view of the ocean from the breakfast terrace. As already mentioned cars restricted so some walking with luggage and the small slow lift could be an issue for some. It rained and was cold so we were stuck in our room when on the hotel - there is nowhere you can sit or even stand in the hotel when it’s raining. Sitting on terraces is fine when the weather allows. It’s a B and B really. There’s no bar and there was no food available other than at breakfast - which was just ok.

Location, excellent breakfast, stunning views

The terrace/balcony was beautiful, we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. The location was very convenient, away from the hustle bustle of the main centre but only a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast provided was subtantial and convenient- eggs, toast, yogurts etc
