Olivia Rose Suite by Sasco Apartments

it was very spacious, nice comfy beds with ensuite bathrooms. Modern and clean. Nice big TV and a lovely fire.

As the TVs have no aerials attached, you need app accounts to watch anything but it wasn't a major issue. The fire sticks are a good touch just took longer to get going but once working it was ok. The seating area needed more depth on the seats for more comfy room for sitting or maybe some bean bags.

Great rooms sizes and plenty of bathrooms for a large group.

The sitting room isn't very comfortable with no table. A comfier sofa and a foldable table, or even just a coffee table would make this more desirable.

The property was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Perfect for my large family. All enquiries with Sasco were dealt with quickly. Disappointed that they aren't available via booking.com for next year.

The only negative I would have was the lack of a floor brush. There was a small hand brush but not suitable for such a large property.

Very clean and tidy, everything you needed was there. Everything was as described. Beds were really comfortable. Perfect place to stay.

There are a lot of stairs to get in the property and steep stairs going up to big bed room

The location was good. The facilities were ok in the kitchen, unfortunately we had to purchase some utensils to be able to cook. The bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were good

Unfortunately we could hear other guests in the apartment below on both nights meaning we didn't get much sleep. The constant banging of doors and loudness from the guests below could be heard. There was no table to eat at either

The look of the apartment was modern and good condition.

The heating didn't work very well. It turned on for a little bit, then turned off, never reaching temperature. Same with the electric fire, so we were cold most of the night.

Presented lovely,loads of space, really really good !!

Everything was excellent , except the internet was very poor, such a shame as the stay was brilliant
