"High standard apartment in a great location in Blackpool"

The customer service was excellent with clear instructions on collecting the key.

Paying a damage deposit is something I have not done before. Usually you would give card details which would be debited if any damage occurred. Actually paying the additional £400 was not something I expected.

"Stay was good"

Everything was as it said when I booked. The beds seem to be comfy. And the showers were good.

Could have been better cleaned. I found a sweet packet at the back of the radiator. Also, the previous customers had left something which I feel the cleaners should have seen as it wasn't hidden. Take your own towels as the ones you get aren't that big

"Ruined by the host"

The bed

No tv in the bedrooms, accused of taking the remotes. I have never even heard of the tv brand so don’t know what I would need the remote for. Fire alarm went of in the middle of the night. I received an email saying they were charging me for missing components which is a load of crap. It’s a scam
