Beautiful property with all the mod cons you would want in a new property. Our daughter loved the den and our son loved the projector and screen. Very spacious and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything (left popcorn for the cinema room!) and the facilities are great. We will be back again. We were unexpectedly met by the owner which was lovely as she explained the property to us and made some great local recommendations. I highly recommend it.

Hard to locate and had to message the host to help. Would recommend adding additional detail to the initial message to allow for an easy location of the property.

Lovely home in a quiet location at the end of a drive. This was perfect for us as we were visiting relations nearby. One of us was ecstatic upon seeing the TV projector and huge (2m wide) screen on which to watch the football. The lounge and well-equipped modern utility room (including boot/shoe storage) are on the ground floor, with the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The bed in the master room is like sleeping on a cloud. The second bedroom offers double bed sized bunk beds and were equally comfortable. The kitchen area is reasonably well equipped, although we didn’t see any pots or pans. I could have just not found them. There is no dishwasher, but that was ok.

The whole experience was superb the beds were so comfortable the house was spotless. The cinema room was amazing

Lovely place to stay in pretty Filby village. Clean & comfortable house with everything we needed for our short stay.

It was a little difficult to find the house.

Great little home. Very nicely done, spotless clean. Artwork a nice touch if you know about that sort of thing, in particular the Bill C upstairs is one I've always wanted due to my job and family heritage. Shower is one of the best ive used whilst staying somewhere.

Very very minor recommendation, maybe supply some cleaning supplies so guests can keep it as clean as it was when they checked in. Wasn't anything major we just picked some wipes and cloths up when buying in some snacks.
