The room was clean and provided the basic necessities. The staff was great; they provided all the info we'll need and they were very responsive as well. The property in itself was conveniently located beside the mall. We will definitely go back.

So far, our stay has been comfortable. The site is quite accessible, just across Serin Mall. The check-in process is straightforward, and the personnel are polite.

There are no cooking equipment but has a water heater and rice cooker.

Staying at this hotel was an incredibly disappointing experience. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and grime on the surfaces and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. There were no toiletries provided, leaving us unprepared and inconvenienced. Additionally, the overall maintenance was severely lacking, with broken fixtures and poorly functioning amenities.

Very Clean than other around the place which is similar rate. And they responded kindly.
