"excellent and superb experience"

I loved how they accommodated our late check in hours and opted to instruct us regarding self check in. They were very nice about having an additional head in our room since we were just staying for a few hours and just really need a place to rest and refresh for the wedding that we attended. It was very convenient since it is literally across Ayala Malls Serin and it was where I had my hair and make up done.

We could have wished that a complimentary drinking water was available. Although we understand that it was a condo unit accommodation, a bottle of water could have been nice. It was kinda inconvenient when in the morning we were tired and thirsty and we had to walk to a nearby 7/11 just for that :)
