Super king bedroom with large ensuite

Great room, with an amazing bathroom. Very clean. Nice touches with a bottle of wine on arrival. Everything you could have needed. Great location. Short walk to shops, beach, pubs and restaurants. We will be back.....thank you.

The room was beautiful. Spacious and wonderful. It was so well decorated and comfortable that it wasn’t until I was just about to go to sleep I realised there wasn’t a tv. But to be fair it didn’t need one.

There was no milk (probably was a over sight) but didn’t take away from the amazing room.

Comfortable bed, immaculately clean and presentable. Very large bathroom with bath and shower. Tea and coffee provided were lovely. Instructions to access the room were clear and parking permits were available.

No hot water for a shower and room was cold initially. Host did kindly put the heating on and there was an oil radiator for us to use as well but it was very cold when we arrived.

Clean and the host was amazing she went above and beyond to make our stay the best for my partners birthday

We absolutely adored the room and the bathroom was gorgeous. We really appreciated the variety of tea and coffee and the wee bottle of wine! Loved the cosy lights in the bedroom as well.

We had an issue with the toilet flooding (we did try to clean it up as best we could, but a mop would have been really helpful).

The little extra touches were unexpected. A lot of thought has gone into making the stay as good as it could be. It was quiet, comfortable, and the best place I've stayed at in Brighton.

The only thing I didn't like was that the dates weren't available for my next trip! 🤣 There wasn't anything not to like.
