Super king bedroom with large ensuite

• plenty of space, super comfortable bed, a good assortment of teas/coffee, a complimentary small bottle of wine - a really nice touch, comfortable seating in the bedroom, chair in the bathroom , hanging drying facilities, a real bonus! Beautiful bath and a large ‘ wet room ’ shower

• I had damaged my hip and found the stairs a little steep. The location was a little noisy .

Fijne ruime kamer, met een prachtige badkamer. Sfeervol ingericht en alles superschoon. Een klein flesje wijn, als welkomsattentie. Top locatie, op 10 minuten lopen van centrum en strand.

The home is on a residential road around 10-15 minutes walk from the edge of town. Brighton is very difficult to park in so it was good that the host was able to take payment for parking and to leave us the tokens to use when we arrived. Room is cheap for Brighton.

The bathroom looks nice but is a wet room and it is hard to contain the water from the shower. It wasn't easy to control the heat as this is a room in a house, so the heating comes on for the property centrally.

Great size room and super comfy bed. Bathroom was great too. Location was perfect for what we needed.

This place is a true gem – a rare find on Booking.com these days! My partner and I truly loved our stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had a spacious bathroom with both a free-standing bathtub and a shower. The host added so many thoughtful touches, like hypoallergenic shower gel, high-quality 100% cotton bed linen and towels, plus a kettle with coffee, tea, biscuits, and even a complimentary small bottle of wine. Communication from the host was clear, courteous, and proactive. The location is on a quiet street, ensuring a great night's sleep. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Brighton!

Nothing, really. If I'm really picky - there's no grocery store within 200 yards and the parking in the street may be difficult.
