Un soggiorno meraviglioso! La struttura ha superato le aspettative. Un'appartamento vicino al mare, a due passi da diversi supermercati e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e ci siamo goduti a pieno la piscina privata! Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Lovely spacious, well equipped apartment. Very nice private outdoor space. Located a few minutes walk from supermarkets and about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Monopoli. Public transport links to Ostuni, Alberobello, etc, within easy walking distance. Plenty of on street parking nearby.

Modern and good location with plenty of parking.

Property is advertised as a 2600 sq ft luxury home. It is not that. It is a condo of approximately 900 sq ft. They are including the very large patio area in the 2600 sq ft.

"Close to perfect."

The property is well located in the north entrance of Monopoli. You have supermarkets close by and the parking around the apartment is free. The swimming pool is nice to chill.

The apartment is only missing 2 things. Microwave and barbecue outside.
