Everything was fantastic, would 100% stay here again. The staff was super friendly & accomodating to everything. A nice touch that they always remembered my name & super easy to communicate with them through whatsapp for anything! The rooms were beautiful and had everything you needed, including netflix :). The pool was beautiful. & I loved the turn down service at night :). Overall, great property! They even delivered breakfast to my room from the cafe in the lobby! It is a bit secluded, there are restaurants, coffee, & a little mart right nearby though. Walking to the center took about 30-40 minutes, totally doable & they have free shuttle OR download gojek, so easy to get around. I appreciated the quitness away from the busy downtown area. The bathroom was also very nice, loved that the shower had an outdoor feel but still private.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, and attended to our every need. The beds were very comfortable, the food was also good for the breakfast and dinner.

The floor sometimes was a bit dirty, the stairs to the second floor at night were a bit tricky to climb.

Lovely aesthetic of the villa. Spacious and clean. We stayed five nights and were set with what we needed. The staff were very attentive and easy to message and book tours and the spa on WhatsApp. The location is good, easy for drivers to find and easy to walk to other restaurants for food.

Sometimes the wifi didn’t work. Hot water in the shower cuts out after ten minutes.

The property was like a movie setting. Perfect. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner settings. Quiet and peaceful. Easy for grab bikes pickup and drop off. The staff was exceptional.
