Staff was extremely kind and personable. Surprised me with a cake for my birthday and gave me a departure gift. The villas are quiet but located near a Circle K and several delicious restaurants that are easy to walk to.

Doors do lock, but were not easy to do

Very nice villa and great staff! Everything was perfect. The AC worked well and it wasn't hot inside, yes maybe a little too loud but it didn't bother us. The staff was very nice! Suggestion for women with long and thick hair - bring your own hair dryer because it was too weak for me 😅

Almost everything

We had a candlelight dinner, and unfortunately, one of the glasses broke. We were charged a significant amount just for the glass, which left a negative impression.

We had fantastic stay and enjoyed everything. Breakfast was included and was very delicious. Lunch and dinner were also very good. We especially enjoyed our own private pool and had lots of fun playing in the water. The villa is very spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Dea for taking great care of us and going above and beyond to make our stay great. We definitely will come again in the future :)

Lovely villa on a pleasant street, away from the busy hustle and bustle of Ubud but close enough to walk (15-20ish minutes) and Grab scooter. Staff is really wonderful, we felt well taken care of. Daily room cleaning and turn down service each evening was fantastic!

Nothing really! Loved it! If anything, would be nice to have a pool skimmer/net to take leaves out of the pool. Otherwise a perfect stay and we’d come back to stay here again.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you. The WhatsApp communication was very good. The villa was just beautiful and we are dying to get back to it. The floating breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented. It is so peaceful and quiet. The best 5 star we have stayed in in Bali.To the chocolates down to the robes, this place was excellent.

I would say the shower curtain needs to be changed as it was quite black at the bottom. We didn't enjoy the food we received for dinner. No biggy though as there are fabulous restaurants on the same road as the villa.

The pool was very cold, you can’t even swim any time of the day.
