Staff was amazing. Design and style of villa is stunning. Staff was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much.

The breakfast was not fantastic and while the location was nice to be a in a quiet area, it wasn’t close to any restaurants.

The villa had plenty of space for the two of us, which we really appreciated. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the modern design of the villa was impressive. We do like the thoughtful touches like the double layered curtains and the bathroom door that opened directly to the pool—it was both stylish and functional. The location was also very convenient, as it wasn’t too far from Ubud center, making it easy for us to arrange transport back and forth. Additionally, the villa offers shuttle services to town at 11 am, 3 pm, and 6 pm, which we found very handy. Even on days we didn't feel like going out, it was easy to order in Grab Food to the place as there are many options around us.

On our first day, they had just completed a water treatment, but for a few minutes, the water in the villa ran black, which was a bit concerning. Luckily this didn't happen again... While the villa's overall design was great, the tiles looked a bit dated as they didn’t seem polished. One of the reasons we chose this villa was because it was fully enclosed to minimize bugs, but unfortunately, a few still managed to find their way inside—though it wasn’t a major issue. The pool could have been cleaner; we noticed gravel-like stones on the bottom, which wasn’t the most comfortable to step on, and there were quite a few leaves floating around. Despite these minor setbacks, we enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the comfort and convenience the villa offered.

Everything! From design, service, to comfort. Had the best sleep and chance to relax (pool, lounge, etc.) Will definitely return/recommend to others. Staff were very attentive, and conveniently located next to Circle K, cafes/eateries, and away from hustle and bustle.

Super spacious and beautiful villa. Staffs were very friendly and helpful (always greeting us with warm friendly smiles and quick to respond to questions/requests). Overall, the hospitality was great. Most importantly, all facilities were working well and the villa was clean and we didn’t have any issues with insects. Breakfast selection was good too (highly recommend the pancakes). My sister and I are glad we found and chose this villa during our trip to Ubud.
