Excellent experience overall, wonderful daily berakfasts in the room including fresh curcumin juice and a generous meal, staff were beyond pleasant, friendly, helpful, the place was always clean, felt very safe, gerat location, walking distance to restaurants, gym, and easy scooter ride to the central area within 7 mins, absolutely recommend

The property is very clean . Very small ants in the washroom which is ok since the washroom is facing the outdoor pool . Breakfast is nice and always on time . The location is just 10 min or less by scooter from downtown

Het is een mooie villa met eigen zwembadje. Helaas laat de schoonmaak te wensen over. Personeel erg jong, vriendelijk maar missen de ervaring. Massage was erg goed.

Voor Indonesische begrippen een prijzige locatie dus dan verwacht je ook wat. Niets te beleven in het complex, je moet naar buiten voor een drankje ‘s avonds. Boven slapen en toilet beneden is niet handig. Trap is gevaarlijk, te grote afstand tussen de treden.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating ... I cannot fault their service. Pool = fine. Did not use kitchen facilities. TV & aircon = adequate. Lots of storage space available and the outdoor areas are lovely and well-maintained. The staff itself is what made the experience for me. The villas overall are good (so long as you don't expect luxury). Overall, I would recommend this place.

The cleaning could've been better (bathroom sink surfaces ... I could still see minor stains) ... perhaps better cleaning product could be used if it was cleaned? The rocks in the shower? Terrible design ... my hair constantly got caught and stuck in between the rocks. The stairs are what I would describe as treacherous ... balustrade creaked when used to assist walking up the stairs. I think with better food options, I could've bern tempted to eat more on-site (I mostly visited the many good dining options down the road). My only issue with dining in the restaurant was the tables were not wiped down following use (I saw the day before's milk that I accidentally spilt across the table still there the next morning). Teeny tiny ants seemed to come out of the woodwork during breakfast (not sure if that can be helped though). Breakfast included was adequate. I tried most of the Indonesian-style breakfasts' (they were better than the American breakfast option in my opinion). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend getting gel nails done here. It's expensive for Bali and I have chips already on Day 2 + worst on Day 3 - I'm incredibly unhappy about this. The Receptionst did an awesome job of trying to remedy the situation (calling the nail tech back to come fix it, but I had no time I was in the middle of preparing for check-out).
