The Old White Hart Brewery Guesthouse

Absolutely nothing.

I got to The Old White Hart Brewery Guesthouse with a friend and the keysafe i was told had my key was open and empty. I immediately called the phone number provided on the booking app and on all the correspondence sent to me but the number was an incorrect number. I sent several messages with no response but there was visible activities from inside the property. I was visiting Bath for the first time and i arrived Bath at almost midnight with no where to stay. I tried to get another accommodation at that time but it was impossible. I had luggage and my friend was out in the cold at midnight in a city i didn't know. We paid Uber back and forth trying to get a last minute accommodation. The host overbooked his accommodation and gave out the key to the earlier guest My life and that of my friend was endangered by the host's act of greed I was stressed, confused, traumatised I ended up spending way beyond what i imagine after planning my trip and making arrangements for accommodation in advance No one has reached out to me to sincerely apologise, take responsibility for this or at least discuss my refund.

It's was filthy, I have never seen such a dirty bathroom in my life. Skink full to the top with water and someone's hairs floating in it. Toilet bowl covered in s##t and the shower was cold. My bedroom sheets had stains on them the whole room smelt funky! The kitchen was just unusable, so disgustly grimy, and the collapsed ceiling still hasn't been put right.

No Electricity, Bathroom floor collapsed into the kitchen. Water everywhere when we arrived. Electrical hazard. This building should be condemned
