"The nicest apartment we have ever stayed in."

It was a unique property, the architecture was amazing and restoration work impeccable. It was spacious, well equipped (everything you could possibly need),lots of balconies with views plus a roof terrace, and very central. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Private parking in a locked area was also provided at €10 a night and invaluable if you bring your car as street parking isn’t to be advised.

"Luxurious with all the comforts."

We liked everything about the Palazzolo. Comfortable beds and air conditioner was a plus. The coffee machine is wonderful. The terrace was what we needed to gather with our group for some local red wine. Livio’s father was the best. He greeted us and stowed our bags when we arrived too early, even helped me carry my luggage to the third floor where our stay was. We’ll definitely come back to stay here again.

"Wonderful stay in this magical place"

Stunning apartment with its original features beautifully intact and lovingly restored. The ceilings in particular are a work of art and it was magical waking up to such a pretty view every morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each one has a balcony overlooking the lively streets of Catania. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and there are countless cafes, restaurants and shops on your door step. Our host, Livio, was amazing - very attentive and obliging - as was his father, who gave us a very warm welcome on the day we arrived. Overall we had a wonderful and memorable stay here.

The apartment is incredible! A real palazzo. Beautiful and elegant. Every single detail has been taken care of and we were super confortable. Location was perfect. The host Livio was super nice and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful property. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the kitchen being so well stocked with tea, coffee machine, toast, jam and more. The location is also excellent. Thanks for having us!
