Good place for Grassmarket and for being in local area. Nice food and drink spots.

Entrance way to property a wee bit daunting. Not very nice to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

This flat is spacious and full of light. The kitchen is very well stocked; the beds are comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right on Grassmarket, and just steps away from Victoria Street. Calum answered emails immediately—so helpful.

The entrance is rough, but don’t let that put you off. The flat is great.

The location of this flat was amazing, you are right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs just steps outside your door. We loved all of the natural light and found the bedrooms to be both comfortable and spacious for an inner city flat. We would definitely stay here again.
