Muy buena ubicación, justo enfrente tiene una panadería que está súper rica!

La puerta de entrada al edificio abre fatal, por la puerta de entrada al apartamento entra luz toda la noche que molesta para la primera habitación que está nada más entrar. Hacia mucho frío nada más llegar y tardo un día en calentarse ya que el aire no calentaba casi. Además, las tuberías del baño tienen muy mal olor. Creo que es un apartamento más para verano que para invierno.

The location is really close to everything. Really easy check in. They have amazing hot water They asked of feedback on the very first day thru their own survey and there I already flagged 2 major things I spotted: an almost broke bed and a leaking shower hose Managing complicated situations: Kudos to how the bed situation was handled. I was surprised there was someone at 3 am in the morning to whom I could at least complain that the bed broke. Although it took almost the entire next day to have someone to come fix it, at least it was fixed.

We stayed on the room from the ground floor Overall the facilities are in bad shape. The heating: is inefficient and insuficient. There's an air conditioner that is the main source of heating but since it's not kept, it's very hard to warm the room at a normal temperature (say 20). We kept it on all night. When we arrived in the room where 15 degrees. After keeping the air conditioner and the tiny small radiator on it barely reached 18. The bed: when we arrived it was shaking even when just sitting on it. In the second night while sleeping, we woke up with the bed breaking under us, basically the legs broke down and trust me we are just 2 normal persons. They did come the next day to fix it, not sure how.But their fix is temporary. So I am really curious if the next person will have the same experience as us. The shower hose: Is leaking. Told them in the first survey. Not sure if they did something about it after our leave. Managing complicated situations: In the 2nd night before going to bed, the smoke alarm from the building hall started ringing. I can understand that it can be hard to reach the building admin to go and fix the smoke alarm can be hard, but it definitely shouldn't take an entire sleepless night and the next full morning to have them do something about it. Not to mention the fact that it took me to send an message on Whatsapp, calling and listening to the wait call song for 11 mins and then writing to them on booking and waiting another 20 mins for someone to reach back so they could understand the situation is insane. Cleaning services: It's mentioned it's everyday from 12:00-17:00 but if you want to benefit from this service better put the sign on the door or it won't happen. We learnt it the hard way. TLDR: The communication team I think is doing their job properly when they are informed about the issues. It's about the actual maintenance team who needs to fix things faster.

Todo en general, el apartamento es monísimo ,cómodo y esta bien ubicado .Cada día han venido a limpiar y a hacer las camas. Recomendablel

La calle es oscura y fea,pero la ubicación es buena

Recht gute Lage. Nah gelegen von Metro, Bus und großem Supermarkt. Auch zu Fuß ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Das Bett ist top und dort (im oberen Raum) gibt es auch eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (diese allerdings ohne Bedienungsanleitung). Täglicher Reiningungsservice vor Ort. Aber nur auf portugiesisch ansprechbar. Hilfsbereit, wenn was fehlt oder vergessen wurde.

Heizung im unteren Raum hat nicht ausgereicht. (Reisezeit Mitte November). Beleuchtung im unteren Raum und im Bad miserabel. Wie eine Baustellenbeleuchtung, und überhaupt kein Licht von der Decke. Belüftung im Bad war kaputt. 2 von 3 Handtuchhaltern waren kaputt. Beide Tritteimer waren defekt. Dichtung der Dusche war kaputt. Spülmittel und Schwamm wurden erst 2 Tage nach Reklamation nachgereicht. Gastgeber kommuniziert zwar schnell und viel - aber kümmert sich dann nicht oder nicht angemessen.

Conforto e limpeza excelentes

Muito ruído nos corredores e nos andares de cima, pouca acústica e dá pra ouvir cada passo e conversa por mais baixa que seja. O chão parece ser de madeira pq até treme o quarto quando andam nos andares a cima.

The apartment has a very good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the pedestrian zone and close to the city center. It is nicely decorated, and we always received quick responses from the hosts. We also appreciated the daily towel replacement.

During a period like November with frequent rain, it becomes impossible to open the balcony doors, which causes a significant amount of humidity to build up inside the apartment. All of our clothes that were outside the suitcase became damp, and it was impossible to dry the towels. If you use a towel in the evening, it remains wet the next morning and can only absorb water from your skin, not actually dry you. There is also a noticeable smell of humidity, and after several rainy days it becomes difficult to breathe. A dehumidifier would be essential. Additionally, water was leaking through the extractor hood, leaving the kitchen worktop wet and even filling the cutlery drawer with water.
