This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Bien"

La ubicación está muy bien y tiene mucho restaurantes, supermercados etc en la zona. Andando del "centro" a 15 minutos. La cocina equipada, y el baño también bien.

No tenía WIFI, y la conexión del móvil no funciona bien en Oporto (en general). Nos quejamos de que no teníamos red WIFI y solo nos mandaban mensajes automáticos. Nos confirmaron tras varios mensajes por WhatApp que efectivamente en nuestraa habitación no había router. Dijeron que lo iban a mirar.... y sorpesa, ni lo miraron ni nadie contactó con nosotras. Por otro lado, había una máquina de aire caliente que solo estaba en la parte de arriba de los apartamentos (donde se duerme), pero en el planta de abajo (cocina, baño, etc) hacía muchísimo frío.

Decoracion, ubicacion

Ruido: Se oye a los inquilinos de los otros apartamentos como si estuvieran en tu apartamento. Frio: Los radiadores y AACC incluidos no son suficientes para calentar, los techos son muy altos y la pared de piedra fria TV: No se podia ver, si bien encendia la calidad de la imagen lo hacia imposible de mirar Ducha: Placa de la ducha estaba rajada por lo qeu potenialmente te podias cortar

Localização

Pouquíssima luz natural (apenas duas janelas que ficam super expostas sendo um rés de chão) Ar condicionado não funciona no quente e faz um barulho descomunal impossível deixar ligado à noite. Uma porta (de acesso à rua) fechada mas com várias aberturas que deixam passar o frio tornando muito fácil passagem de bichos também Casa zero insonorizada, espaço muito pequeno Não havia edredon para suportar o frio. Feedback dado logo na primeira noite ao staff. A não repetir.

Localización cercana al centro en un lugar tranquilo

Mal acondicionamiento térmico: solo bomba de calor para la parte superior pero la cocina y el baño tremendamente fríos. Escaleras muy empinadas para acceder al dormitorio Se indicó un mal funcionamiento del wifi a la llegada e hicieron caso omiso por arreglarlo

The room was cleaned and all the facilities included.

Room number 1 it’s completely near to street and pedestrian road and during the night lots of noise come to the room . I was there in December and because of that the room was so cold.
