Temiz değil, içerisi rutubet kokuyor ve havasız. Oda oldukça basık ve küçük. Tuvalet çok dar.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when I arrived at 3:15 PM, the cleaning crew was still there and said it would take another 30 minutes to finish. After a long trip in hot weather, I just wanted to get in and shower, but I had to wait. I informed the property management that this delay effectively took 45 minutes from my stay. Their response was an apology and a promise to “do better for future guests,” but when I asked if my checkout could be extended to make up for the lost time, they refused, citing a strict cleaning schedule. It felt like my time was not respected. The wall along the entrance path is made entirely of glass windows, which felt very uncomfortable, especially at night, as it’s easy to see people outside. Soundproofing is very poor; I was woken up multiple times by neighbors walking around their flats. Finally, in another review, someone mentioned a broken door handle and the property replied it had been fixed. When I stayed there days later, the handle was still broken, which did not feel safe. Overall, I was disappointed by the delays, lack of soundproofing, and safety issues, and I would not recommend this property.

Central location. Clean. Comfortable bed.

When we arrived the door handle was completely loose and turning it didn't turn the latch, so and opening the door was difficult. Closing the door was almost impossible, and once it was closed it was difficult to open again. We were concerned about being locked out and immediately messaged the property owner about this. For the next 4 hours we were gaslighted by AI generated messages, telling us to NOT close the door so we wouldn't get locked out. We also tried calling customer support several times, but every time we were told they were 'working on a solution' but they never got back to us with any solution. Contacting booking.com also didn't help - despite my level 3 genius membership. The only response I got was that they 'couldn't reach a resolution with the property owner' but they graciously gave me a $10 travel credit . At this point we gave up on getting any support, and just accepted that we would be stuck with an apartment where we couldn't lock the door. Since leaving our belongings in an unlocked apartment wasn't an option we had to transport all our suitcases to a luggage storage room and pay for this during the daytime while we went out. At night we barricaded chairs against the door to keep it somewhat secured. We stayed at the property for 2 nights, and at no point did the property owner offer any solution.

Goede ligging vlakbij metro en wandelafstand van de bezienswaardigheden, ruime accomodatie en proper.

Preço muito alto pelo que lhe é oferecido A limpeza é precária em especial ao banheiro que tem o box do chuveiro quebrado, solto e mofado. Fios de tensão elétrica soltos e desencapado. Solicitei uma entrada antecipada com justificativa que tinha febre e me foi negada devido estarem limpado apartamento. Fiquei a porta das 12h ate as 15h (horário permitido entrada) e ninguém saiu,ou seja não havia hóspedes nem tão pouco limpeza. Uma pena,pois check-in antecipado podem sim ser avaliados e considerados. Aqui nao houve oportunidade e sim uma negativa no primeiro pedido. .

La ubicación en pleno centro de Oporto diez minutos andando tienes la calle principal, luego la cama sin llegar a ser de las mejores es cómoda y se descansa fantástico, ducha con mucha presión y bien calentita! algo que me ha sido llamativo es el servicio de limpieza... Igual que en un hotel!! Pasan por la mañana a cambiarte toallas, hacer cama etc! Nos sorprendió! Ya que no es lo habitual...

El apartamento es pequeño, si buscas sólo para dormir está bien, pero sí deseas descansar en el sofás antes de subirte a dormir no puedes porque tiene dos sillones chicos y una tele pequeña la cual tienes que dejarte el cuello (tipo hospitales) No me ha gustado el olor, no sabría decir si es del baño, de las maderas del techo.. Humedad... Pero huele sobretodo en la planta baja, sin embargo arriba en la cama no llega tanto... Luego por último las distintas habitaciones están separadas por pladur lo que significa que se escucha las voces de otros huéspedes como sí estuvieran dentro! En definitiva, lo básico lo cumple bien (cocina con cafetera, tetera, etc) baño con agua perfecta y colchón guay, pero con cositas que si mejoraran y pulieran ya sería perfecto
