First, the property manager is rude or in Vietnamese it’s called “mất nết”. She talked to me and my tour guide as she is superior and we are their employees. The bed has yellow stain and seems cannot removed, there is blue stain on my pillow. I came to the property at exactly 2pm and they can’t check me in and asked me to wait until 2:45-3pm. They only give a person 1 set of towel (1 towel + 1 small face towel) while we stayed for 2 nights. And we have 4 people as well, I asked them can I get couple more towel (2 more) and they said you have to rent it (50k / per set). Or I can wash them myself and reuse it. There is no towel between the room and bathroom so it’s very dirty since you don’t have anything to wipe your feet after taking towel My tour guide tells me that most of the apartment ones in Phú Quốc will accommodate with breakfast, he was surprised of that apartment which doesn’t have it and also how rude the manager is. The facility looks rundown as well. The apartment is on good location but I don’t recommend to get it from this lady, you should find the other owner who has apartment for rent in this area, not her

The apartment was spotless, well-prepared, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A truly wonderful experience—I would definitely return!
