-The bathroom had a bad smell. - No tissues or hand soap were provided in the bathroom. -The price is too high compared to the quality of the place. -The place was not clean upon arrival, and we even found a bottle under the sofa.

Alles was schoon. Makkelijk lift en deurcode te gebruiken. Wifi snel en makkelijk aan te sluiten. Lokatie ook erg goed. Dichtbij de kabelbaan en overige zaken in de buurt.

Communicatie. Was moeizaam mijn punten duidelijk te maken. En de balie van het hotel deed niet erg veel voor je. Ik wilde een taxi, maar dat deden ze niet. Wat dan wel? Was erg onduidelijk allemaal. geen goede instructies aan de muur of zo. De naam van het hotel komt niet overeen met wat er op de gevel staat. Het duurde 10 minuten voordat iemand kon bevestigen dat ik het juiste hotel had. Dat is toch vreemd?

The apartment location was exactly opposite to the water show and fire cracker show. It was the plus point.

The management shall carry out room cleaning and replacement of bedding once in three days for the guests who are staying more than 8 days.

Clean and superb view of the Sea and Sunset from the balcony! Love it!

Location is great. Can just use the buggy to get anywhere in sunset town if you dont want to walk. We tried walking to the cable car station, no problem. Easy walk down the halls as there are escalators cutting straight down the hills. You dont really need to walk on the slopes. The apartment has many buildings here and somehow our driver got mixed up and send us to wrong building across the street. There are The Hill, The Sea, The Sky respectively. Host was prompt to help us. House wifi signal was great. My own esim was bad. There is a restuarant at level 1 (with indoors seating and outdoor seating). Simple food but is good. There is a mart right beside the lobby entrance. Very convenient. Fireworks view everyday (even on Tue when Kiss of the Sea is not performing, fireworks still went on but shorter version) Rooftop swimming pool has awesome view overlooking Sunset town. Please use it! Kids club was at level 2 of our building (H2) Kitchen utensils were pretty well equiped, from plates & bowls, fork & spoons, knife, scissor, detergent and sponge. there is a can opener (but we didnt try using that). The fridge has freezer compartment for you to make ice with the ice cube molds. Bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Thought the body wash look quite a little bit but last day, we still had enough to use. The beds and pillows were soft and comfy. The large bed was huge size. I think it feels slightly bigger than my own king size bed.

Washing machine, no detergent, but we brought our own laundry pod, so is ok. There is a laundry hanger thing which was great to use at the balcony. But there were no clips to clip the clothes. Luckily, we got ours.very windy place, surely the clothes could fly away? There is a damage sun lounger and not enough sun loungers or sitting area. No tables/chairs. There is a ash bowl thing at the balcony. I thought is suppose to be non smoking place. Only bedroom slippers for adults. Not available for the children. The floor felt abit grainy or sandy so better to wear the bedroom slippers.

The location , the view , the convenience of having a supermarket and bike rental just outside the building. It also has a beautiful negative edge rooftop pool and a fabulous gymnasium. It was neat and clean and equipped with a nice shower gel, shampoo conditioner .

The fact that we could not check in before 2:00 pm as it was occupied and had to be clent but that’s understandable.
