Sea Gallery Phu Quoc Luxury Apartment

Location is great - easy walk (with help of escalators) to the main square/cable car. Apartment comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and secure. Front desk help with queries and we had Daisy on what’s app to deal with any questions or queries. She was so helpful and friendly. Main issue with the apartment was the roof top pool area. There is very little shade and no sun loungers so relaxing by the pool isn’t possible. It’s a stunning pool but if you want to watch children swim or relax outside, you have barely anywhere to sit, let alone out of the strong sun. This really affected us and was such a shame. The pool in the other block was the same. Sunset Town is surreal. I can see why some people would love it. Everything is so new and unused but it’s eerily quiet - reminded me of Covid times when no one was allowed out! We used it as a base for day trips and spent our time mainly in Sao Beach - a 15 min Grab drive away.

No breakfast. The location is spot on with views to the sea and onto the fireworks. It is close to the waterfront and restaurants and Hon Thom Cable car station is a short walk away. The night market is 5 min with a buggy. There is always a buggy around and they are inexpensive. Amie helped with whatever we needed. Suggestions on what to do, bookings for Cable Car and trips, and getting a taxi. She booked and walked with us to the cable car station as we did not know where it was.

There was no dishsoap, swabs, cloths for drying, or a cloth to wipe up spills.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean. Kitchen utensils were good. With a little baby, it was very nice. There are fans and AC both. The view is perfect. You can enjoy the fireworks every night.

It was in a great location and facilities were great. Very lovely and stylish apartment with great views.

We were provided with 2 shower towels, no hand/face towels. The conditioner needed refilling, only lasted 1 showers worth. And only 1 toilet paper roll, no extras for a 1 week stay. Would have expected some more bathroom/toiletry supplies.

From the moment I arrived, Amie’s warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. When I encountered an issue with my reservation, she promptly stepped in to resolve it, which I truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning and impeccably clean, just like the photos promised. I was particularly enchanted by the terrace, where I could take in the breathtaking views of Phu Quoc’s attractions. The beauty of the surroundings is something I will remember for a long time.

The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed the use of the pool on the top floor and watching the fireworks from the roof.

The location is fine if you are ok with being extremely far from any life. There are hardly any cafes or restaurants open near the apartment, only extremely expensive night markets and supermarkets. Sunset town is a ghost town and it is at least a 30 minute drive from any other parts of the island that actually have anything going on.
