This homestay is very good, the owner or staff is very friendly, always asking how the homestay is, is it comfortable for us or not and what we need. For me, those of you who book this homestay will not be disappointed. Trust me.

The toilet is clean n most satisfied but the master bed rm toilet was not that good as the common rm toilet w weird design by the architect

Overall the cleanliness is bad, rm environment was run down. housekeeping was bad. If a quick stay 1 night, shall b ok but not with Small children..

Poorly maintained property. It's very sad that the property doesn't match up to the customer service provided. Housekeeping team did not do a good job eg. Pillow covers reeks and are yellowed. Pillows are seasoned and very worn out. Not fluffy at all. They used dirty mop to wipe the toilet walls as we can see dirt on the wall. The washing machine, toilet and bath tub are all squeeze in a room and there is also a wardrobe that leaks out moisture. Walls in the master bedroom is mouldy which cause my dad to have difficulty breathing thus he resorted to sleep in the living room. The room has a musky scent which made us buy our own air freshener. Host could consider putting up tiles to sanitary areas to prevent mould.

The pool was fantastic with fresh air . Vry windy to Sit around & relax

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm . But dragged till 5pm ! AT 5pm room was still not Cleaned. Asked for refund and mins later my room was alll done . The service for this place is hilarious! This check in was not only happening for 1 day but it was happening till The day I checked out . Saw mny ppl with small kids waiting for their rooms .I also went wt both my toddlers. Even if you have given check out extended hour for +/-2 it’s still not acceptable! It should would more effectively as you have collected RM200 deposit like a 5⭐️hotel
