"I don't think this property is able to cope during peak periods."

Location and parking was good.

Check in was delayed by 2 hours / pungent smell from one of the locked rooms (turned out to be a toilet we're not allowed to use) - complaint took almost 6-8 hours to resolve. Finally as if to rub salt on the wound - we found a nice card inside the fridge offering homemade sweeties, but there was nothing.
