Room too small

For breakfast, in future i hope that have suggestion foodcourt area near with hotel location. Because in my experience we hard to find malay food around hotel, I just i found many chinese foodcourt.

My room located at tower A, so we didnt see much where main door tower A, we just park near with main door B clearly is far opposite with entry A, eventho the host give me the detail in PDF but we cant see. Because main door tower A behind the wall which we need to walk to find it. Will be better if have signboard tower A at wall that close with main door tower A. Also in hotel, we hope have any tea/coffee/biscuit so we have light meal/breakfast while rest in hotel. TQ

The apartment was well kept, clean, ventilated and fully furnished.

The deposit requirement was troublesome and getting a refund was worst. Unless the management applies another mode of transaction for foreign visitors, I will not consider again.

The location nearest town and wth beach scenery

The smart tv is not connected to wifi and staying with no watch to tv and the iron board also damage and cannot use at all. Verry frustrated that staff only drag us instead of check out at 11:00 am after reporting all property problem they drag check out time at 12:00pm, which is normal time as other property did. The property also take security deposit and takes 72 hours to refund back although we as a customer had push by them to take photo each part in the house but still they process it until 3 days after. Toilet was not clean.
