It was beautiful. Bigger than I expected, clean and contemporary. Comfy beds. Great location, easy for places to eat, pubs and the train station. Great communication from owners.

When we arrived it was a very cold but thankfully in the booklet it told us how to warm it up and it warmed up quickly. Other than that it was the perfect place to stay.

Once I found the property with William's help (in reality it is only a short walk from central Todmorden), and worked out where to put things, I thought the property was very nice, clean and well decorated. I appreciated being left a little milk and tea and coffee. WiFi good as was the shower. It was generally very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Storage space: adequate. William very helpful throughout. I appreciated there being a washing machine and clothes rack.

The lack of a coat stand or similar by the door when I came in soaking wet. Too many cushions etc on the bed.

Central location, only a few minutes walk from town centre. Quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish, everything we needed. Apartment within a converted historical building in a friendly neighbourhood. Brilliant, helpful host. First visit to Todmorden for a family event, impressed by such a welcoming community!
