Lovely apartment, loved the balcony (great for people watching 😊 Great location 5 mins walk from everything.

Beds a little hard for my liking but that's just personal preference.

Spacious well presented apartment with all the facilities you need. Great safe location with plenty of space to spread out and store your luggage. Apartment is massive for a family of 4.

Lovely spacious apartment. Nicely furnished. .Bed was very comfortable and nice to have outdoor seating area. Good location for access to all the main attractions in York. Ladies on the concierge were lovely, friendly, and helpful when needed help with the parking permit.

Bedroom with 2 large windows had one window that was missing a catch at the top so although it closed, it did not keep the noise out at night of all the road traffic and drunk passers by at all hours. We later found out that it was freshers week at one of the universities. The road is a main bus route throughout the city centre. The other window was a sliding door out to the balcony and did not have a key to lock the door. Others have mentioned the other bedroom door to balcony not shutting properly but it does, although the handle requires to be at an 'off' angle in order to shut. The apartment is on the first floor, directly above the entrance to the building. Parking at the property was easy, but getting the permit that had been pre-approved and paid for was challenging. Wrong code given for lock box containing permit When got correct code, found no parking permit in the box. Arrived on a Sunday when there was no one able to assist us. Hopefully no fine for not displaying a permit that was paid for but not available.The kind ladies on reception gave me one to display for the rest of our stay on Monday. I would stay in the building again, but not in this apartment due to the outdoor noise. There are other apartments in this building overlooking the River Foss, which would be better for a quieter stay.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Joe was great replying to any queries particularly around parking and leaving the car after check out time. We will be back again

Very little to remark on except very warm in bedrooms for sleeping

The road outside was slightly lively but it is a city!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment both ensuite and separate toilet in hallway. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great for a short family break. Very short walk to the centre of York. Will be staying again in future.
