Le personnel de l’accueil ne parle pas un mot d’anglais un calvaire pour se faire comprendre même avec un traducteur, le ménage n’est pas passé, lit extrêmement dur 2 personnes - 2 lits mais un seul de fait La douche est au dessus des toilettes on inonde tout pour se laver…

My room had obvious water damage, so it smelled unpleasant. It was dirty, not just the floor, but also the towels and bed linens. It appeared someone had smoked in the room previously; due to the inadequate cleaning, ash could be found scattered throughout. The towels were also old and practically falling apart. When I asked to change rooms, this was refused, as "all rooms were booked". However, rooms were still advertised online.
