Ha Trang Voronezh Hotel and Apartment

The hotel has great potencial but unfortunately it is not up to par yet. We arrived on the 27/01 at around 2pm. Receptionist (female) was not welcoming at all and could barely speak English. Besides that she didn’t even know we had a reservation. It took her a moment to figure it out. We booked a deluxe room with balcony on the 3rd floor with sea view and we were assigned room number 301. Room had barely no sea view! And I booked for this specific reason. There was also no fridge in the room and no complementary water either. Shower was nice but the whole bathroom was wet after showering. After checking-in we received a message saying the room door was broken and we had to take another room that would cost us 350.000.000 VND but we had already paid 450.000.000 VND at check-in. The price on Booking was 430.000.000 VND by the way. After talking to another receptionist who talked to her manager, she confirmed the room was 430k VND and gave me back 20k. She also said that the room booked is the one we were assigned even though there was no sea view. We wanted to stay another night but after all this, we decided to change hotels. At the check-out, the same receptionist at the check-in, didn’t even greet us or said good morning. No expression at all. Working in hospitality I was baffled by her behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even though it looks good on the pictures.

Очень понравился номер, большой.Было всё чисто.Предоставляют чай, кофе, вода на ресепшене.Девушка на ресепшене помогла заказать такси.

Душ рядом с унитазом, всё в воде, после принятия душа, надо какую-то тряпку оставлять, чтобы вытирать пол, иначе в туалет не зайдешь

Good accommodations, great location to knockabout Nha Trang. Very good value for a big beach city. I would recommend and would come back.

It was so clean! The balcony had a great view and the light into the apartment in the morning was so nice. The room was very functional, had enough functional storage and enough seating for 2 people. The bed and pillows were comfy too. Prices for the minibar were available in the room. The staff were really lovely and friendly. The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. So close to the beach and in an area surrounded by so much local delicious food. This hotel made us really love Nha Trang, so different compared to the central tourist area.

Everything was great.

Отличный отель. Очень внимательные девочки на ресепшен. Я жила в 501 номере, на 5-м этаже. Великолепный вид с балкона на море! В номере огромная, очень удобная кровать, чайник, холодильник, два кресла и столик, большой шкаф (вешалки есть), тапочки. Отличное расположение отеля. До моря метров 100, вокруг куча кафешек и маркетов, 3 аптеки. Для любителей шоппинга рядом несколько огромных торговых центров. Если буду приезжать опять в Нячанг, то только в этот отель. Уборка в номере, только когда попросишь.

Нет бальзама для волос.
