L'appartamento, spazioso, accogliente, modernamente rinnovato, molto silenzioso (affaccia su un cortile interno). La posizione centrale, comoda per visitare il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovessimo tornare a Bucarest lo sceglieremmo nuovamente.

Peccato per l'edificio fatiscente: per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna attraversare un atrio e usare un ascensore (quarto piano) molto degradati. Una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo sarebbe gradita all'arrivo.

Calea Victoriei is a fantastic location - very central, and the street turns pedestrian-only on weekends if the weather is good.

The door code (which is the only way to enter the flat) didn't work exactly half of the time. That would be only a minor inconvenience if the host was responsive enough. Unfortunately the host is not responsive enough as some of my messages went unanswered - including a message about the door code that was not working. When the host does respond he/she is either arrogant or talks in a passive aggressive tone with you (except for the pre-drafted templates such as check-in instructions). In the checkout note the host tells you to "take the trash down" after yourself. Not a big deal not to leave rubbish behind (and I normally do that anyway) but I can't be asked unconditionally or expected to do that. Speaking of cleanliness - there is quite a bit of mould in the bathroom. The entry hall and the stairway are disgusting. They are filthy and bombed with graffiti. Same with the lift - which, besides being filthy too, is of an old, unsafe design: it has small doors on the inside (like a wardrobe) which can open when the lift is moving. A child could easily have their arm injured, for example. Calling this listing 'luxury' is ridiculous. I mean I am not saying it has to be luxurious but it has to be at least decent, and the host has to be transparent about it if it isn't. Not showing photos of the entry hall and of the lift is misleading and deceptive. Overall a very, very unpleasant experience. Not a disaster but absolutely not what you'd want or expect - regardless of the price you pay. ~ An update following the host's response to the above: "The apartment access code was functioning properly throughout the stay." - that's false. See the attached screenshot. "All of your messages were answered" - again, complete lies. How about my last message that says 'the code does not work again' which was never replied to? See the screenshot.

דירה מדהימה, משופצת ואיכותית מאוד. הכל היה מעוצב בטוב טעם ומאוד נקי. בעל הדירה זמין תמיד בכל מאוד נעים.

Great location and the apartment really has the wow factor. Huge tvs in each room, great wifi and the krupps coffee machine was very welcome in the mornings.Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby.

Beds weren't hugely comfortable which could be down to preference. We also had strangers enter the apartment as there was obviously some kind of mix up, thankfully for us it wasn't an issue.

It was a great stay in the location with nice instructions to check in, good location very clean. You will find all the restaurants, supermarkets all you needs within 1 min away. Compatable bed for a good sleep & nice hot water all the night was there. Kitchen was supper equipped as you want. Host and staff was so helpful for anytime for anything. Highly recommend the apartment for everyone.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host & staff was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very smooth. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details and cozy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

The exterior of the property can be off putting but it’s a little palace inside. All mod cons and two lovely bedrooms.

The stairwells do need a bit of TLC and the lift is ancient and rickety

Clean and cozy apartment. Coffee machine was great. Beautiful apartment. One duvet was missing but the owner took care of that really quick.

Elevator was scary. But I understand the owner can’t do much about it. There was a loud noise from the upstairs neighbor one night. Dog also barked at night. This unfortunately does disturb light sleepers . So the soundproofing was not so good and that’s why I gave a slightly lower points.

The location is great! Walking distance to old town.a lot of attractions in walking distance. We never met the owner, but when we have issues, she responded very quickly.

The building was very old, the elevator was very scary. The building was very dirty.But the apartment was great!

El apartamento es muy cómodo y acogedor, cuidadosamente decorado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Bucarest.

Solo que al principio prendimos el aire acondicionado porque realmente veníamos con frío (Bucarest es frío en estos días de abril ) y anulaba la calefacción central que es mucho más eficiente. De esto nos enteramos el último día
