close to everything

there is too much noise from neighbour's dog barking all night long

Great location.. walking distance to the old town and down a very busy street with lots going on.. however inside the apartment was really quiet. Bed was really comfy and whole apartment was spacious.

I have stayed a very comfortable night in this property with a prity compatable sleep on comfortable bed. Nicely equipped in the specially kitchen. The coffee machine made my day for a freshly grounded coffee. especially its was in a great location with lots of nice restaurants around the building... The bathroom was so good pressure flowing hot water all the time. You can go to the City centre for like 7 min walking and to the old city with nice views within 12 to 15 minutes walking... Host and the staff were very flexible for all our requests any time and very easy with their instructions given to check in. you will feel good safety there in the apartment with all the security systems. The surrounding you will get as it is in pictures as well.. Highly recommend the apartment for anyone. Good value of money. Thank you.

We spent quite a long time choosing the apartment and would like to leave some feedback after our stay (12 days). At first glance, the apartment seemed quite comfortable and clean. The location is excellent — 10/10. Shops are very close, and there are many cafés, clothing stores, and everything you might need within walking distance. The apartment has a visually pleasant interior design. It is also well equipped: there is a washing machine, a robot vacuum cleaner, and a dishwasher, and all of these appliances work properly.

One day before arrival, we were required to pay a tax of approximately €2 per person per night, which is not included in the apartment price. Check-in was supposed to be self-service. However, when we arrived at 2 a.m., the lock’s battery was dead, and the keypad did not respond when my husband and I tried to enter the code. We had to call the owner to unlock the door remotely, which caused some discomfort for both us and (most likely) the owner. Because the lock wasn’t working, we even had to use our own batteries (fortunately, we had some with us) just to be able to leave and lock the apartment. The batteries were only replaced the next evening. In the morning, when we tried to open the curtains, we discovered that the external blind in the bedroom was broken, making it impossible to open the curtains. As a result, the bedroom remained cold and damp throughout our stay, despite having an air conditioner. In the living room, however, the temperature could be adjusted with a controller. The bed was very uncomfortable — the slats under the mattress were significantly worn out, and after just two days both my husband and I experienced lower back pain after sleeping, which was very disappointing. Another issue was that people living above sometimes threw trash down, and it occasionally ended up on our balcony. In the bathroom, there was a towel on the floor (apparently for feet). After a couple of days, we accidentally moved it and realized it was covering the drain to prevent bad odors. If it was moved even slightly, there was a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room constantly came apart, and the cushions kept slipping down. There is also a window directly facing the neighbors, but there are no curtains, so both the living room and kitchen are fully visible to them — and vice versa. There used to be a blind in the kitchen, but it had fallen off before our arrival.

We did lose hot water/heating temporarily, but this was a building issue and was rectified very quickly!

We had an excellent stay — 10 out of 10! The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and includes all the amenities shown. It features one very spacious bedroom, as well as an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. The location is simply amazing, right in the heart of Victory Avenue, one of the most vibrant and lively areas in Bucharest. Highly recommended! The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very pleasant.

ההתחלה הייתה מבטיחה וטובה אך לאחר הגעה לדירה ופנייתי למארח בעקבות מחסור במגבות וחוסר חיבור לאינטרנר. המארח בחר פשוט לסלק אותנו מהדירה תמורת החזר כספי מלא במקום לפתור את הבעיות וכל זה בטענה שעשה לנו טובה והקדים לנו את הכניסה לדירה מתוך התחשבות וכנראה בגלל זה לא הייתה לי זכות לשאול/ לדווח שמשהו חסר או לא עובד? קיבלנו יחס משפיל אך למזלינו לא חסר דירות יותר מסודרות ונקיות ומארחים נחמדים ומכבדים.
