Mt Fuji Pilgrim's Inn fugaku x hitsuki

The house was beautiful and the owners where enthousiastic to tell us the history about the house and area. If we visit the fuji area again, we will stay here again!

Nothing to complain

Traditional Japanese house with tatami mats, but also a very cool cafe area with nice vibes.

This 400 year old guest house is pure Japanese charm, tradition and hospitality. We were welcomed so warmly, and treated to a history lesson with the artefacts and story of the pilgrim resting place. Sure it’s basic, with walls of paper and futon beds. But very special and memorable.

Snoring neighbours were quite loud next door.

We rested here before our trip to mount Fuji the next day, the hosts were extremely helpful and they also gave a delightful explanation for the symbolism and the history of the place. If you're looking for tradition and a delight host that goes further and beyond for you, this place is the right choice. Would definitely visit again

This house has History, Culture, a huge shower, kind hosts, and a wonderful location to explore the Mount Fuji area.
