Everything was pergect, perfect view, perfect location, everything a few steps away.

In the eintertime, it could be a little cold inside, and the heater and the boiler csnnot run paralell,, but it eas not a big issue at all.

Perhaps not ideal for winter - they had an AC mobile system which should have worked for heating, but it did not. So we had to rely on one little stove. In addition, only one electricity adaption plug available for all facilities (coffee machines, little stove, hair drier, etc.)

The location was excellent .

Amazing view/location

The view is spectacular but the only reason I’d stay here again.

The staff were very persistent about knowing check in and out times and messaged before our last day which I find distracting on holidays. We did self checkin so not sure why it was necessary. The bathroom and kitchen were smaller in real life.

My husband and I stayed in this house from October 11 to 15. Francesco was proactive and sent us the check-in instructions via WhatsApp, along with suggestions for nearby parking and a PDF with tips for Polignano. The checkin was easy and the next day, Francesco was again very helpful and sent a message asking how our stay was going. I responded with a few issues: - The eletrical plugins in the bedroom sometimes worked sometimes they didn’t. We couldn’t charge our phones there. - The yellow sofa had a broken leg. My husband almost got hurt. - The quality of the towels and toilet paper was the worst possible. For the price I paid, I expected something better. - The toilet bowl is literally inside the shower/wet area. There’s no separation. When you take a shower, you wash the toilet bowl as well. - The ceiling in the upstairs bedroom is quite low. My husband is nearly 1.90m tall and had difficulty standing up. Francesco responded to my complaints by offering a free cleaning service, which we declined since our issues were not related to cleanliness. On the day of check-out, he charged me double the amount previously agreed upon with Booking. The city tax doubled this year (before my reservation), and they "forgot" to update me. Neither Francesco nor Booking reimbursed me for the amount. Overall, we paid a high price for the location/ view, and at the end of the day, my husband and I couldn't enjoy it together because it’s too small to comfortably accommodate two people.

This a wonderful property in the heart of everything in Polignano; a perfect beach view while being in the old town. Easy to get to and is very charming. Very comfortable bed as well. The balcony offers that extra bit of heaven. We started our mornings there and ended our evenings listening to the water rush over the rocks. Great choice of accommodation! The host is very responsive and helpful.

Internal stairs from front door were not included in description. Air conditioner would not be adequate in summer months

Location is perfect, with a small bancony with view over Polignano a mare beach, stunning 🤩 Really close to the main entrance of the old town, easy access, many restaurants, ice cream shops around, and main beach just few minutes walk.

We could not find cutlery to eat our breakfast in the apartment.

The views from the balcony are exactly as pictured - absolutely breathtaking! The apartment was clean and charming, right in the heart of old town. Communication was very easy and I appreciated the recommendations of what to do and where to eat. I would note that the bedroom ceiling is quite low, so tall people may need to duck. Would definitely recommend this stay to others!

It would’ve been great to have a kettle so I could make a cup of tea, but this is only a minor inconvenience.
