Finisterre Casa di mare - Housea

The apartment is in a great location with a balcony view of the famous Pogliano A Mare beach. We were provided with plenty of information about finding the aparment, parking and other info we needed.

The bathroom was really small, with little space to put your things. The toilet and shower were in the same small room, essentially a wet room. Daily cleaning was not provided. If you wanted the apartment to be cleaned, there was an extra charge for this. Additional towels were not provided. If you needed clean towels, there was an extra charge for this. The apartment is overpriced for what you get.

Location of this apartment is the best you can find - the balcony and view is the reason you stay here! Apartment itself is a little old and worn but for a 1 night stay the location/view makes it so worth it. Key handover was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. They also helped us book a boat tour of the caves which we recommend doing.

View from the balcony takes your breath away! Also incredibly central, within old town.

Unbeatable location and views. Would never get old! Perfect for a base in Polignano in the old town. Has everything needed (hot tip I didn't find forks until last day as some things aren't easy to find due, in the dining table). Short walk down to main beach. Close to great restaurants (mint) and bars (mojito one!). Great communication from hosts.

Place may not be suitable for anyone with accessibility needs or if you struggle with very steep stairs entry and low roof in bedroom (I'm 5'3 and felt like I almost needed to bend down). Some mold build up in bathroom. A shelf in shower would be great for amenities!

After travelling for 4 weeks, we were ready for a little relaxation time and boy you could not ask for a better place!! Fabulous location, with views that were stunning. Facilities were perfect and were loved our stay.

There is air-conditioning in the apartment, which works well in living/kitchen area, but the bedroom gets extremely hot. A small fan would be a good investment.
