3BedRoom Villa Kepiting Central Sanur

Location was great. A quick 590m walk down a lane to get to the beach snd good restaurants all around. The is a supermarket about 200m to the left as you come out onto the main road. The management company was quick ti fix the air conditioner that wasn't working and the staff that came in to clean were really nice. Apparently you can have daily cleaning but we opted to call when we wanted them to come through. There was a hot/cold filtered water bottle dispenser that was very convenient. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent location and great villa, plenty of room. Everything was very well set up.

good host. easy communication with the staff. daily cleaning even when its airbnb style. staff was very accomodating to my request for kettle, or even the air fresherner.

theres a bad sewage smell in the room below, it stems from the sewage or when the air circulator is turned on. the hotel staff gave me air freshener but it still smells.

Location excellent.

Swimming Pool un-usable for the 1st 3 days, repaired on our last full day (whilst we understand flooding occured in Bali we didnt complain however, it was un-usable when we arrived prior to any flooding). The noise. Works being carried out in front of us for the entire stay. I have never heard so much banging of hammers on steel beams for the entire day (and I used to work on building sites) it was almost as though someone was simply sitting beside a steel beam and continuously hitting it. This continued from 8.30am until 6.00pm every day. The smell when one used the down stairs shower was like an open sewer drain, we had to continually open the doors for an hour or so to get the smell out. The Villa was missing an electric jug (although it had a coffee percolating machine). Generally the Villa itself was nice, air con good and communication with manager excellent. Lastly, I dont normally complain at all but the building works just made our stay very un-satisfactory. Having been to Bali many times and stayed at various places I have never had noise like this and without any prior warning.

Excellent location . Near to lots of bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beach . Very spacious and clean villa . Lots more room than the photos show . Nice pool to cool down in . Handy to have cold and hot water heater . Kitchen was fairly well equipped .

Only complaint was drainage smell when you have a shower .

Loved how spacious it was and couldn’t ask for a better location. We had everything we needed & the staff were lovely.

There was an unpleasant smell in the master bathroom but as long as we kept the door shut it was okay.

Location, size of the villa. Housekeeping staff was lovely.

There were no instructions on how to work the TV so it was out of use for the whole stay. The street entrance lock was rusty so the key did not turn easily and it was difficult to get in without jiggling it for a while.
