Optimal for family and reasonable budget

The villa was lovely, much better than the photos. Soo convenient for the beach ( 5 minutes walk down a side street). Amazing location. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent. Spotlessly clean and a full clean midweek. Couldn’t be happier with this and highly recommend.

The T.V facilities were hard to navigate and could not watch netflix, U tube etc

Location is perfect with Supermarket 100m along the main street. The Master bedroom has a double shower, kitchen is a good size with large fridge. The pool is very refreshing and relaxing.

Great location near Sanur Beach. easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. spacious villa with excellent service by manager Trsino.

The location of the villa is excellent. Right in the middle of Sanur, with just about anything within walking distance. Many cafes, restaurants, Paradise Gym and Hardy's or Arta Sedana as it's called now, are very close by. Beach access is directly opposite. The manager and cleaning staff were exceptional. Any little problems we encountered were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We were so happy to find on our arrival that that villa has a water cooler with bottled water supplied which had not been mentioned in any reviews. Also the fridge makes ice, which was also a nice surprise. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoons. We loved having the washing machine so that we could wash clothes when needed. The bed was comfortable. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxed stay and we would book here again.

The only things we didn't like are the things also mentioned in previous reviews. The bathroom on the ground floor has drainage issues (as does nearly everywhere in Sanur). The smell can get really bad, especially after rain. We had to call the manager twice to try to fix it. He came immediately and cleared the drains as best he could, which did help with the smell. If you are familiar with Bali, you will know that this is an issue in a lot of places. The roads also flood in this part of Sanur and so does the laneway to the villa. The top floor has a seating area and a tv, but it cannot be used as it is too hot up there. The bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned but their doors open up to a balcony, which of course is open, letting in heat and mosquitos to the lower part of the villa. The air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room has to stay on all the time because the top of the stairs is open to the elements. There is some music, a couple of nights a week from the bars on the main Rd, but the noise was always gone by about 10pm. The villa could do with a little bit of maintenance. The windows in the bathroom don't close properly, so it's hard to keep mosqitos out. The curtains are losing bits of backing material and some are hard to close, and the gate could do with a good service so that the small door can be opened, closed and locked rather than the whole gate having to be slid open.

Pool was fantastic. Kitchen is very well equipped and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Shower screens were a little bit dirty and needed to be cleaned.
