el apartamento está nuevo, es muy cómodo y tiene de todo para pasar unos días agusto. Cocina bastante completa, cama cómoda y barrio tranquilo.

la única pega es la cuesta que hay para subir desde el centro de Funchal, aunque si tienes coche no pasa nada.

"Vistas Impresionantes"

Lo más que nos gustó fueron las vistas y el tener terraza para disfrutarla. El parking también está muy bien. Y el préstamo de los paraguas nos vino genial.

No es un problema del apartamento, sino de Madeira en general, que no hay apenas aceras y que las entradas y salidas son directamente en cuestas.

la vue depuis l'appartement, la luminosité avec une belle baie vitrée, le balcon avec fauteuils pour prendre l'apéritif, la salle de bain avec la douche italienne, la qualité de la literie et la propreté de l'appartement, la machine à laver le linge et le lave vaisselle...

manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine, exemple essoreuse à salade, que trois petites cuillères, un saladier, des ramequins pour mettre les olives pour l'apéritif (on a utilisé les casses à café), un petit plat à gratin, le grand était trop grand...

"Perfecta ubicación para conocer la Isla"

La verdad es que el apartamento nos ha gustado mucho. Está todo prácticamente nuevo, muy bien equipado y resulta muy cómodo para viajar en familia. La ubicación también es un punto fuerte: está a solo 5 minutos del centro de Funchal, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de las principales carreteras para moverte por la isla. Al final, es una localización muy equilibrada, casi en el centro, lo que permite recorrer tanto la zona este como la oeste con bastante facilidad. En conjunto, una opción muy recomendable para conocer Madeira con comodidad.

No le pongo pega. Está muy bien.

"Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lage mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten!"

Andreina war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist toll, man hat einen Blick über die ganze Stadt und den Hafen, man hatte alles, was man braucht und sogar einen Obstkorb zum Empfang :) die Apartments sind sehr modern, der Balkon sehr groß und jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen ausgewiesenen Parkplatz im privaten Innenhof, der über ein elektrisches Tor gesichert ist.

Die Straße direkt am Apartment ist früh morgens viel befahren, weshalb wir das Schlafzimmerfenster abends nicht offen stehen lassen konnten (man kann es leider auch nicht kippen, nur ganz öffnen). Im März war es temperaturtechnisch kein Problem, im Sommer könnte es problematisch sein, da es auch keine Klimaanlage gibt.
