舒適整潔設施完善服務親切又有效率，溫泉水質溫潤景觀優美，食物營養豐富又美味，真是渡假天堂。

平日不習慣吃生蛋，希望能有煮熟的蛋，而非僅只半生熟的溫泉蛋。

Meravigliosa stanza giapponese con vista sul lago, che era ghiacciato! Onsen meraviglioso con vasca nel bosco innevato. Posto stupendo, gigantesco, puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve e anche di più

Purtroppo la cena a buffet (costosa) sarebbe stata da prenotare con giorni di anticipo. Per fortuna allo stupendo sport bar si può anche mangiare qualcosa di buono

"Good value , comfortable stay for a winter snowboarding trip ."

Half-board plan is recommended as there are few restaurants or meals places . Wide Buffet spread with good food. Love that it’s has a lot of Japanese dishes and a few western/ Asian . That is why we chose a more localized hotel than the international ones . Staff are very helpful , both at front desks and meal areas. Good onsen after a day on the ski slopes . They offer shuttle transport to the ski slopes daily during peak winter season and that is appreciated !!

Getting there by public transport require planning of train timing with resort shuttle (that require reservation ) if coming from airport . Easier for those who drive . Ski rental at hotel did not cover helmet and boots only had laces option. This costed more time to rent at ski resort.

"Very comfortable retreat located in a serene area"

Located very close to the Goshikinuma Ponds, rooms with lake view. Very big buffet spread.

Games were slightly pricey, but provides good entertainment in the evening.
