Apartment In Fort Cambridge with Pool

Mieszkanie było duże, przestronne i czyste. Miało bardzo dobrą lokalizację chociaż dojście pod górkę nie było łatwe z wózkiem 😅

Ogólnie był mały problem z ciepłą wodą bo po 1,5 prysznica już jej nie było 😅 jedynie bym zmieniła kanapę w salonie bo strasznie nie wygodna i informacje na temat dojazdu do parkingu. I jeszcze bym dodała małą informację że wtyczki potrzebne są europejskie 😅

BEWARE, this property which advertises a swimming pool in the title and everywhere else on the advert is seasonal. In the questions, it stated the pool will be open during our stay (October 2025) but actually it is only between May and September. Apparently it is not possible to put this information directly on the advert, like pretty much every other property does. They do give you a "generous" 4 hour cancellation option, written in small writing towards the end of their confirmation email, which if like us you don't read straight away and you do wish to cancel, will cost you a one night cancellation fee. When informed of the mis advertising the company who run this property had no interest in either offering a reasonable refund or amending the advert, simply hid behind the 4 hour cancellation policy, Don't fall for the same trap if travelling between October and April.

The property is very spacious, the air con worked very well and we also enjoyed the access to the pool. Also the location is ideal with a shopping centre next door and a 24/7 shop just over the road.

The mattresses are too soft, the boiler in the wash room had a slight leak/drip and the road outside is quite busy and can be a bit noisy at night.

On returning home at 11pm on our last evening we found the water tank leaking above the shower. I phoned the emergency number several times but no one answered. I sent a WhatsApp with a video of the leak to the emergency number but still no one contacted me. We were unable to sleep in the bedroom due to the noise of the water gushing out of the tank into the shower.
