2 tv’s were not working. The shower door had missing piece of glass.

Localização muito boa, quartos confortáveis, havia o básico de utensílios tanto de cozinha, quanto de banheiro.

Os chuveiros, ambos apresentaram algum defeito (não impediram o uso). Um estava com o apoio quebrado, precisando segurar a ducha enquanto tomava banho e o outro não tinha um dos vidros da porta do box. Poderia também ter um espaço maior para as refeições, mas foi suficiente.

Location was nice, all the rooms were clean and roomy.

Common area was very small or really just none but nice and clean.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und der Checkin verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und modern, daher ist sie für Gruppen gut geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Stadt ob zu Fuß oder mit der Metro und hat eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Die Lage im Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig.

Am meisten hat uns der Geruch gestört als wir die Wohnung betreten haben. Wir wissen nicht genau woher das kommt, aber es riecht stark nach Abfluss in einem der beiden Bäder. Zudem fehlt im selben Bad ein Teil der Türe in der Dusche und im anderen Bad läuft an den Ecken Wasser auf den Boden, wodurch Schimmel leichter gebildet wird und der Föhn tut nicht. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht.

De locatie was uitstekend.

Hoewel de locatie van dit appartement absoluut top is, weegt dit helaas niet op tegen de slechte staat van de woning. Bij binnenkomst hing er direct een zeer onaangename geur en we troffen zowel in de badkamer als in de slaapkamer zwarte schimmel aan. Daarnaast is het sanitair niet in orde; de douche lekt zo erg dat na elke douchebeurt de badkamer onder water stond. Vanwege de hygiëne en het gebrekkige onderhoud zou ik deze plek, ondanks de goede ligging, aan niemand aanraden.

I liked the location.

The property had several comfort and infrastructure issues. There was insufficient natural and artificial lighting, which made the space feel quite dark. The bathrooms were very small, and there was a significant issue with water pressure—when one bathroom was in use, the water in the other would either turn cold or nearly stop altogether. The beds were uncomfortable, small, and made noise (squeaking) with movement, which affected sleep quality. Additionally, each room was only equipped with one pillow and one blanket per bed, which was not adequate.
