Hidden Oxford Haven with Free Parking

Very modern, clean apartment not far from Oxford City Centre.

Property as seen in photos, well kept and good location to Oxford (5mins by bus)

When we arrived we discovered the large street-facing kitchen window was stuck open, giving easy access for anyone to enter the flat. We reported it but this resulted in the flat being left accessible and unsafe all day (despite being told it would be sorted in the morning) and it was only eventually secured when I called to complain again at 5pm. Despite our plans being disrupted by having to wait in for maintenance and our belongings being insecure for a full day, we received no apology or compensation and were instead asked to be grateful that they eventually fixed the issue after significant chasing from us.

The location is very good. A short walk into town, no longer than 15-20 mins. It's set back from the main road so it's very quiet in the evenings. Very clean, very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Decor

We were told there was "free parking". There was but for just one car and the roads thereabouts are strictly residents only. It would have been helpful to know that there was just one single parking space. We had to spend another £30 using a parking app for the weekend.

The flat was clean and comfortable and not too far from the city centre.

Everything was great!
