Parking.
The second bedroom was so small there was no way to close the door - it hit the bed. Place had bugs - nothing horrible like bedbugs, but spiders, ants, etc.

"Great little apartment, hidden gem"

Great location, ground floor apartment within 1 mile of city centre, easy level walk into town. Quiet location away from main road yet close to local shops and access to buses. Plenty of room for 3 people, well appointed, clean and fresh. Great communication from Henry, very helpful. Parking space to the rear was appreciated.
