Everything is great for a one night stay with family during CNY visit to Malacca. The QR code to enter the guard house is 2 hours time limit. I was late. Need to contact the host to resend the QR code.

Large room, you have a lot of space

There is a PlayStation but it is so outdated that it is of no use. The water gets cold if you are in the shower for a while. It is difficult to check in, the instructions are not clear which leads to frustration. You have to walk through a car garage to get to your room. Doesn't give a nice feeling. There is a sauna and jacuzzi at the pool. I was looking forward to this but was refused by the security guard because I was a guest. This was also not properly arranged by the host. He indicated that I could use this which was not the case. The security guards around the building are very authoritarian and unfriendly. They hardly want to help you or think along with you. And when we arrived there were dishes that were not clean and the stove was not working properly. For the money I expected more.
