地點離一日遊集合很近，此間房型較小間，一樓有免費咖啡機，基本隔音都不錯。

台人、韓人很多，大廳一直感覺很吵雜，洗衣機、烘衣機不太足。

"地點方便"

地點離博多車站很近，訂的房型有按摩椅，有免費泡湯粉可以拿來泡湯，基本隔音都還不錯，住宿期間每人有免費一次的紅白酒兌換卷。

洗衣機跟烘衣機太少，因為很多台人跟韓人入住，建議新增中文說明，免費白酒不好喝。

It was an average Forza. Room was clean. Close to Hakata station. Note there is Forza I and II which are two different locations.

I booked breakfast included on booking.com. The pdf confirmation clearly stated breakfast was included in the price. Now the hotel sneakily sends a message that you have to purchase breakfast for kids. They made me buy the breakfast for kids. This hotel nickel and dimes on everything and service was also quite cold.
