HOTEL FORZA HAKATAEKI CHIKUSHIGUCHI Ⅱ

床很舒服，房間還有附按摩坐墊，大廳有免費的咖啡機，早餐也很好吃，而且退房後還可以寄放行李，服務很周到！

The location is amazing, it is just a couple of minutes walk to get to the Hakata station. Massage chair was nice, our room was quiet, there are good amenities, possibility to have coffee, tea or even onion soup from the machine in the lobby and also heat and eat your food there.

The room size was a bit disappointing as well as the view. Mostly, we felt that the price was too high for such a room, it was higher than for similar accommodation in Kyoto and other big cities which was surprising. Staff spoke only average English, they had hard time at times..

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff helpful and nice. The lounge area has free drinks machine and a microwave. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Hakara train station and not too far from Old Town with temples.

Need to allow early checkin if rooms are ready. The issue is that by 3pm . . check in time ... the queue is massive. We were lucky cos we arrived 1hour early. We were given a checkin number ... 3 .. meaning once checkin was open, we were 3rd in line. By 3pm, when checkin started, there were around 30 people/ couples waiting to check. I wonder at what time was the last to checkin?
