Location

I had arguments two times with counter staff. First during check in. He said i have to pay additional txt, additional money for one more adult and lastly no breakfast… i had to argue i chose all the options and showed him the proof. Then next day when my friend arrived, they called me again to reception, now a new person started asking all those questions again. I am not sure why they need to do this as the booking is clear.
