Nathing

Booking system of www.booking.com i will book 2 room for 5 person with breakfast but book by website only for 3. I will select 11AM check in but website automatically select 12PM. I will pay at hotel Rs. 400 per room extra. Very Bad Booking service. I will also rating and review regarding this about booking.com on Google Play Store.

Hello, It was bad experience at dolphin park hotel,Chennai. 1.toilet was broken 2. TV was not working,even after complaining it was not fixed. 3.gyeser was not working. 4. No phone in the room. 5. Breakfast was not included. 6. They took full bill at the check in time only. 7. Room number mention in the bill is not allocated. 8. No one to take me to the room. 9. First room allocated was dark,no lights no phone there.so went to 3 floor down to reception again',they change room but was not good. Not happy
