2 Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment near Emory University Hospital Midtown

I loved the proximity to everything in the downtown area of Atlanta. Access to a washer & dryer was a bonus since I stayed a week at this property. Communication with the host is excellent.

I felt the carpet was worn out and should be replaced in the two bedrooms. Touch-up paint would give this unit a fresh feel.

Location, it was clean and comfy for a family of 5. Very well organized, found everything...very well supplied with amenities and utensils.

Just one of the bathroom "shower" needs some work because paint was peeling off so we avoided use that shower. And one of the drawer few pieces of clothing left behind. But that was all. ( I didn't even see dust or mildew was very clean...)

Clean easy access to building decent pricing

The apartment had a faint bit of a weird smell. They would no accommodate my group with having a second parking spot. Asked multiple times if one opened if we could use. It someone took my spot and they gave me 3 more options of spots to park but still wouldn't allow the 2nd car.

The location was nice.

First, to enter the apartment you have to put in three codes on the way up. Wit the luggage that was quite a hassle. Other residents had a key fob. I think that’s needed. Secondly, when we entered the apartment it instantly smelt like cigarettes, the living furniture does not match the pictures… false advertisement. The secondary bathroom smelt like sewer which made the entire room smell like sewer. The master bedroom had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, had holes in the rugs also the bath rug was soaking wet and smelt like someone freshly had gotten out of the shower. The living room couch was sticky, so we decided to move the tv into the secondary bedroom. With all being said, we had to go and buy more cleaning supplies than expected out of our own funds. There was no welcome folder as stated so we didn’t know about the wifi code until later on in our stay. On our last day we requested a late check out. However, maintenance and the cleaning crew barged in without knocking. Lastly, since we moved the tv to the other room ( we made the cleaning crew aware ) they texted my phone accusing us of stealing a tv when there was only two tvs, one in the living room and master bedroom. After being accused and not answering the phone after I called multiple times they charged my card $200! Horrible service, I will not book again!

I loved the location and the layout of the apartment. It was my wife and I, our kids and my mom so it worked out great that my wife and I had a room, my mom had her own room and the kids slept in the living room.

We found out as soon as we got there that the bed frame was broken in one of the rooms so we ended up having to move the mattress to the floor. I didn’t want knock them too hard for this as things happen but it would of been nice to not have to sleep in the floor for the whole time.

Proximity to our central work location. Having access to viewing apps (netflix, amazon tv, youtube)

Less than fully functioning kitchen sink. No kitchen sink plug. Towels left in dryer by cleaners that were still damp

The location was prime! The corporate customer service agent, Chris, was amazing and helped us out tremendously. He would get a 5-star review, but absolutely nothing about else about this was even close to acceptable.

It was filthy and smelled horribly of stale smoke and marijuana. We had to wash my son's feet before putting him to bed after playing barefoot in the condo for a couple of hours. There was food on top of the paper towels, the glass coffee table had not been wiped down, and I can’t even guess when the last time the floors were mopped, as you can see form the photo with the baby wipe. There were bed linens left in the floor of one of the bedroom closets. I have photographs of everything. The only reason we stayed the 1 night was because we had worked all day, then traveled 5 hours with a 2 year old and didn't get there until 10pm.

Well appointed property in the heart of downtown. great parking underneath building for a reasonable rate. Secure access made us feel safe. Lovely balcony views. Outstanding communication from property management.
