When I arrived at the address, I was told they overbooked and my room was taken. They offered me another room 5min away but I didn't want it. Godwin- the contact person was very unprofessional and moody. Ruined my evening and did not call me back on purpose, left me waiting for 1hour for his call. Never again.

Very simple, but that was precisely what I wanted.

If there is kettle and tea bags it would be excellent. Overall well maintained

Not much! The room was a decent size but the bin was full of someone else’s rubbish and there was a curly black hair on the pillow. The only hook for a towel was a random screw and there was no light bulb = no light.

The shared toilet door has two locks, one bolt was on the floor and one had been sawn off. To make it worse the actual shutting mechanism had been taped open so you couldn’t even SHUT the bathroom door and I was sharing with 3 men. Plus it was disgusting, no toliet paper and someone’s old toothpaste all over the sink. The tea towel in the kitchen was an old pillow case with white stains on it!! Uni share house vibes but for $70!!! Seriously not cool. The guy didn’t even care. I felt unsafe and dirty.
