"部屋を綺麗にしてください🙏"

部屋の洗面所の床がカビと汚れがあり、臭かった。 窓際の壁紙がブヨブヨになり、ひどくめくれていて、ひどい状態。 食事の時ピザのカードがあり注文ができるシステムだったが、頼んだものと違うピザが来たし、数量も違った。

Запах в туалете с первой минуты был ужасный… Проживала одна, но стоимость завтраков, и оплата налога за использование источников пришлось заплатить за 2-х😡

従業員の方は皆さん明るく挨拶してくれ感じが良かった。 ロビーも素敵でまた宿泊したいなと思いました。

ロビーにある飲み物はコーヒーだけではなく種類があると良かったなぁと思いました。

Nice selection of good quality food at breakfast & dinner

Clearly the restaurant was biased to non Japanese guest. We had 4 meals at the restaurant, each time we came in there were at least 3 window tables available and we were not given one. The last morning they assigned us a table in the back room. That was just too much so we asked for a window table and were given one. But each time we went it I felt like we were treated like second class citizens. I'm sure we paid the same rate for our room and we decided to stay at the hotel because during a day trip last year we walk through and found it to be beautiful.
